I think it has a great layout and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It came on time and undamaged. My only gripe was it’s difficult to carry with you.

My suggestion would be to provide an option for spiral binding as that’s easier to write in and travel with.

As you have been aware Sean I’m literally 28 days behind due to injury and work I’ve finally started only 2 days into it, But I’ve been keeping up to date on Facebook page and I feel it is the best decision I’ve made in my situation in life, your stature as a Coach and structure of the journal is 💯 👌👊 . Great training tool

I really like sitting down before my workouts and writing in this journal. It's a great way to get focused and set your intentions. Reflecting after your workout makes you realize how much great work you got in or what to work on for a better session next time. Once mine is full I'll definitely be getting another.

Tracking your progress is one of the best ways to get motivated and stay motivated! So happy it's helping you!
